Please note:
Your party will be the only guests at Villa Amo while You are with us.
As Villa Amo is right on the shore of Lake Dunstan it is not suitable for children.
Villa Amo on Lake Dunstan is a smoke free zone.

Our Booking Policy:

Our policy is to take credit card details as a guarantee of your booking, or one night's tariff if by cheque. If using your credit card, the details will be held but not processed until the time of your stay with us. We will confirm your reservation on receipt of your credit card details (card number, expiry date and the name as printed on the card), or cheque.

Our Cancellation Policy:

If for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us, please do so as soon as possible. Any booking cancelled 48 hours or more prior to your arrival date will have the deposit fully refunded. If the cancellation is made after this time, any deposit paid will be refunded in full only if the room is re-let. If your credit card number has been used as a guarantee, it will be charged if the room is not re-let.
